Our Semi-Private training memberships are all 12 month agreements.
Private 1 on 1 training is sold on a per package basis. (12, 16 or 20 sessions at a time)
Memberships and non-transferable and are to be used on an individual basis only.
Yes! You can freeze your membership once for a maximum of 30 days during your agreement period if you’re traveling, sick or are currently injured and unable to train with a doctors note.
We do not bill any penalties for missed semi-private sessions. Since all tiers are access based, we simply ask that you reschedule your session online as soon as possible to open up a spot for someone else and for the Trainer to be notified that you will not be attending.
Private 1 on 1 Sessions are all scheduled and rescheduled directly with your personal trainer.
Being that we are private gym by membership only we do not offer any Daily drop in, or Day passes.
Open Gym is a complimentary perk offered to all training clients to use the facility for extra training during business hours.
An assessment training session is simply and evaluation to understand your current fitness level and establish and initial baseline for your custom tailored program and future progress.
It involves assessing various aspects like asking questions about your health & fitness history, movement patterns, strength, endurance, and putting you through and In-body composition scan.
This initial assessment will help us tailor your personalized training plan and track improvements when you come in for your workouts.
Generally a group “fitness class” has an instructor standing in front, leading the members to follow along or its a pre determined HIIT circuit that’s been implemented for you to burn maximum calories during the class.
While it can be Fun and a great way to get you moving, it can lack efficiency and that personalized approach for your body type, current fitness level and your exact goals in mind.
As a client, your job isn’t to follow along and figure things out alone—that’s the Trainer’s job.
A Semi-Private training session at Undisputed is done in a very small group (5 or less clients) with the full attention and guidance of the trainer for the full 50mins.
Our training sessions follow a structured plan that’s tailored and set for each client on the floor. Each client is following her own workout, lifts and movements that are set, guided and designed by the trainer for that client’s current fitness level and goal.
The goal should be to show measurable progress and improvement over time.
